Located in the iconic Katara Towers, one of the most recognisable buildings on Doha's skyline, Fairmont Doha represents a new generation of luxury hotels, where architecture, design, and craftsmanship come together to offer a unique experience.
At Martínez Otero Contract, we participated in this project by manufacturing and installing custom architectural joinery for guest rooms, suites, and corridors, developing solutions that combine technical precision, functionality, and meticulous execution.
Our scope included the manufacture of wardrobes, built-in niches, wooden ceilings, interior panelling, minibar units, entrance doors, and sliding doors. In the suites, we also created exclusive cloister-style decorative panels, conceived as architectural elements that provide privacy, visual rhythm, and a distinctive identity to the spaces.
In the circulation areas between floors 2 and 6, we installed high-gloss red eucalyptus cladding on the walls and wood on the ceilings, creating an elegant, contemporary atmosphere that reinforces the hotel's distinctive character.
The project's technical complexity, along with the high standards for finishes and coordination, showcased Martínez Otero Contract's ability to develop high-end architectural joinery solutions, creating spaces where every detail contributes to an exceptional hotel experience.
