Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is part of a combined 750-room complex next to Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana.
This project means Hyatt Hotels Corporation's entry into the Dominican Republic.
Designed by architect Ken Shannon, it is located on a beachfront property in Juanillo beach and has 375 rooms.
Martínez Otero has been part of this project through the manufacture and installation of a vast number of carpentry and furniture elements for the rooms: panelling, doors, cabinets, headboards, TV furniture, minibars, desks, and mirrors, among others.
