At the top of W Edinburgh, Scotland's first Sushisamba is a multisensory experience where fusion cuisine meets a vibrant, sophisticated atmosphere.
The design, created by international studio Jestico + Whiles, captures the bold, multicultural spirit of the brand and brings it to life in a prime location with panoramic views over the city.
Our collaboration on this iconic space resulted in custom-made solutions that enhance the restaurant's identity, with meticulous attention to detail and material selection.
On the hotel's upper levels, alongside Sushisamba, other standout dining destinations can be found — including the W Lounge and João's Place, a speakeasy-style bar with a distinctive and immersive design, where we also played a key role.
João's Place features a standout bar as a centerpiece: a striking piece with a metal structure clads in natural stone, Verde Ubatuba Bahia.
The front is adorned with ceramic tiles in a malachite feather pattern, and a solid brass footrest completes the design with a refined and sculptural touch.
