Located in Vila Nova de Gaia, the four-star Vincci Ponte de Ferro comprises a complex of buildings and preserves the stone arches of the former Convent of São Bento do Ave Maria on its façade. The main building houses the reception, lobby bar, and a suite on the top floor.
With 94 rooms, divided between standard and superior, the architectural project was a collaboration between Portuguese architect José Gigante and the Barcelona-based studio GGV arquitectura.
The interior design by Rosa Roselló´s studio combines colours and materials, such as the deep blue of the tiles, with fine elements like wood, stone, marble, brass, and mirrors. The culinary offerings include the lobby bar, "Miraponte Bar," and the "Adega Wine Bar."
Martínez Otero collaborated on the supply and installation of the carpentry and furniture for the common areas and guest rooms.
