We had the opportunity to participate in the transformation of an emblematic building in the heart of Manhattan: the former The Chemists’ Club Hotel. A project of great historical and aesthetic value, led by the interior design studio Ilmiodesign, with whom we collaborated very closely.
At Martínez Otero Contract, we handled the manufacture and installation of custom furniture and solutions for both carpentry and finishes, encompassing everything from common areas to guest rooms and the presidential suite.

In the lobby, we developed pieces such as the reception desk, side tables with Bianco Venato marble tops, upholstered benches, and custom decorative lamps. We also installed technical carpeting and vinyl wall coverings, carefully selected by the interior design studio.
In the guest rooms, we manufactured headboards upholstered in technical leather, bedside tables, desks with minibars, and wall structures in Fumed Venato oak veneer. We completed the furnishings with sofa beds, benches, armchairs, and chairs upholstered in highly durable fabrics, always keeping the project's technical and aesthetic standards in mind.

One of the most unique spaces was the presidential suite, where we incorporated a three-dimensional wall-mounted headboard, smoked mirror consoles and shelves, a bar cabinet with integrated lighting, a dining table, a sofa bed, and even all the outdoor furniture: sofas, armchairs, parasols, and metal planters.
This project has been an enriching and demanding experience, in which we have once again demonstrated our ability to execute high-level international hotel projects. This teamwork allows us to continue growing and taking our brand to new destinations.
