A new expression of luxury in the Caribbean
Located in Uvero Alto, one of the most exclusive areas of the Dominican Republic,the W Punta Cana is a five-star resort from the W Hotels – Marriott International brand that redefines the contemporary luxury experience through a vibrant, sophisticated design deeply connected to the Caribbean environment.
The project, designed by Zanobia Arquitectura in collaboration with IDEA Diseño and Supervisión SRL, integrates private villas, suites, and common areas conceived to offer a unique experience.
The hotel blends contemporary design with the tropical essence of its surroundings, offering a vibrant, sophisticated experience deeply connected to the local spirit. It features private villas and designer suites, spacious common areas, swimming pools, and dining options.
At Martínez Otero Contract we were responsible for the manufacture and installation of the custom-made furniture and carpentry for the resort villas, developing personalised solutions that combine technical precision, high-quality materials and careful execution.
Our scope included:
- Entrance and sliding doors, carved panels with and without mirrors, and decorative hallway linings.
- Closets in various formats (linear and L-shaped) with large doors and natural veneer finishes.
- TV panel units, baseboards, and vanity units designed to integrate harmoniously with the interior architecture.
- Wallpaper installation and complete assembly inside the wardrobes, guaranteeing a final result that meets the brand's international standards
