Impar, Sofia‘s most social restaurant, is a place where land and sea occupy a privileged location.
Designed by Jaime Beriestain, it is composed of two open bars and a third of show-cooking that total more than 600 m² dedicated entirely to the best Mediterranean cuisine with winks to the east and west.
Space where a menu of proposals made with fresh products is proposed, prepared with techniques learned in kitchens from around the world and that can be savoured by contemplating the city from its large outdoor terrace.
In Martínez Otero Contract we carry out the manufacture some of the furniture. We highlight the different bars and especially the show-cooking bar and the bottle rack in the black lacquered finish as well as the auxiliary tables in white stained oak and the doors, cabinets and bars in heat-treated pine wood located on the outside terrace.
All interior pieces stand out thanks to the marble floors with golden ribbon and the spaciousness of the space enhanced by a series of mirror panels and unique light.
